Arvin made the confusing world of solar energy easy to understand. He patiently explained our options, including the pros and cons of enrolling in SunPower’s PPA plan or purchasing the solar panels ourselves. He also remained available to answer any follow up questions we had after our agreement was signed. Arvin is someone that prioritizes customer service and satisfaction over simply making a sale. I recommend that anyone considering solar energy for their homes work with him.

UPDATES:
After signing the contract, the process was very smooth, it took us less than a month from start to finish, including installation, inspection, activation, etc. We are very pleased with the whole process, Arvin was very helpful even after he got his deal. Brian Sidle has gone above and beyond to help us with our solar panels and a remove and install that we had to do unexpectedly. He was quick to answer all of our questions and to solve any problems we had. We are extremely grateful for all that he has done. Brian Sidle was our rep in regards to beginning the process of going solar. Every single step of the process he was involved in was just that much more pleasant & went that much smoother than we could have hoped for or expected. He is a consummate professional & not only worked with us as far as our scheduling but also other family issues & constraints we faced during this process. He made the decision to move forward extremely easy on us & we felt properly informed & educated as to all our options. Unfortunately, even though we did decide to move forward in getting solar our house did not meet the roofing standards to continue with solar. We have installed the solar panel and activated it finally! The whole process was faster than the timeline we were notified in the beginning. Arvin is very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked so many questions! He spent hours on our first meeting to give all necessary information and estimates on savings. Initially, we were just trying to understand the solar system and get to know better about the installation/savings for later, but there was no reason to wait for later! Arvin prepared the pages of the slide deck on our first meeting, including the virtual expected look of the roof after the solar panel. Arvin's explanation/knowledge definitely helped our decision. During the whole process, there was not much we needed to take care of since Arvin communicated with the installing/utilitu companies, and the twon application was also taken care of. Arvin came to my house and explained everything related to going solar, with a full honesty. Even though I had my research beforehand, he pointed useful tips and facts that I didn’t know. Arvin was incredibly helpful in walking us through the benefits and intricacies of getting solar panels installed through SunPower. He was incredibly knowledgable and answered every question that we had with great patience and empathy.

While I ultimately did not move forward with installation due to timing with other areas in my life, I am keeping Arvin’s contact info handy for when the time is right - which should speak volumes on his character and service!
