I met with Michael, our solar rep and he made the process so smooth. Everything from start to finish has been great. Even after having it installed for a couple months now, he is still always there for me anytime I need anything. We did not get past the consult phase because the math for solar didn't quite work for our roof and situation, but that's kinda the point. Mike provided a lot of great information which was also informative as a springboard for our own research. I always felt he was being transparent, honest, and conservative with the numbers. And some spot-checking and shopping around confirmed that, if anything, he's being conservative and careful. I think some other companies may be willing to install more/different than makes sense from an ROI perspective if it means a bigger sale. My advice if you're considering solar is to do as much reading as you can, including on online forums such as Reddit to ensure you have perspective and awareness of the gotchas to hedge against. If your roof has good sun exposure and you are in the position to take a long-term outlook, solar can be a good hedge against rising energy prices or looked at as an investment diversification. Michael helped me to install solar panels at my home in 2021, and he handled everything perfectly and quickly. He was incredibly helpful during the installation process of solar panels at my home. Even though it has been over three years, he still frequently checks in to see if I need anything. He assists in resolving any issues I encounter. He handled the project very professionally from start to finish. Michael stayed in constant communication throughout the process, making everything easier. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering installing solar panels in their home. My experience with Michael was outstanding… very helpful with details of solar system. His mannerism and professionalism were above  excellent.. Unfortunately, due to our future plans of moving , we thought this would not be a suitable decision for us.
