I felt compelled to write an article addressing this question because when I recently did a Google search on Cash vs PPA/Lease, I was quite surprised at all the non-solar company websites like Marketwatch, Solarreviews, CNET, EnergySage, etc talking about the cons and drawbacks of a solar PPA and lease and only talking about the surface level issues with these options.
